My name is Kaisha and I'm one of the Administrative Assistants at Burton Behavioral Interventions Corp.I come from a background as a career nanny, bringing strong organizational, communication, and family-centered support skills to my role. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
Synthia
Clinical Supervisor
Synthia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a background in the ABA field and a master’s degree from Arizona State University. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with individuals and families while helping clients develop skills that support long-term success and independence. Synthia values creating a supportive, compassionate environment where individuals of all ages can grow and thrive. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
Nicolyn
Clinical Supervisor
– Nicolyn is a Clinical Supervisor with a background in both education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about providing trauma-informed, relationship-focused, and assent-based care that is engaging, individualized, and meaningful for each learner.
Nicolyn values creating fun and supportive learning environments where children can build confidence, communication, independence, and functional life skills through natural interactions and trusting relationships. She also enjoys collaborating with caregivers and mentoring staff to help create safe, supportive environments where others can learn, grow, and be successful.

Behavior Technician
My name is Maya, and I am a new BT with BBIC. I recently graduated from OSU with my degree in Psychology and Spanish, and I am passionate about working with people of any age and making a difference in their lives. I love to read, embroider, watch tv, go outside, and cook.
Grace
Lead Behavior Technician
As a Lead Behavior Technician at BBIC, I provide direct ABA therapy while also mentoring and supporting fellow Behavior Technicians under the supervision of a clinical supervisor to promote high-quality care. I earned my bachelor's degree in Family Studies with a concentration in Child Advocacy and a minor in Youth and Adolescent Development from the University of New Hampshire in 2016. I began my career in ABA in 2019 and I have been proud to be a member of the BBIC team since 2023.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and getting lost in a good book!
I find my role as a Behavior Technician incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing on the path of making a positive impact on the children and families I serve.

Behavior Technician
Rooted in a background in international law and a current major in social work, my ultimate goal is to serve families as a dual BCBA and LCSW. I view every interaction as a profound opportunity, and practice the art of noticing daily. Driven by a deep love for "being human," I approach behavior analysis with sincere warmth and a grounded commitment to advocacy. Outside of my professional calling, my absolute favorite moments are spent anchoring myself with my younger sister and nieces.

Behavior Technician
Hello, my name is Kylee Nielsen. I am a Behavior Technician at BBIC and a psychology student graduating in 2027. I am passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum develop meaningful skills while creating a supportive and individualized environment where they can thrive. I am passionate about making a positive impact by approaching each client with kindness, empathy, and patience. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, spending time with my pets, and reading.

Administrative Assistant
With over six years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have built a diverse background spanning both clinical and administrative roles. I currently serve as an Administrative Assistant in behavioral health, where I support daily operations, coordinate administrative processes, and help ensure clients and staff receive efficient, compassionate service.
Before transitioning into healthcare administration, I gained valuable experience in retail sales, food service, and customer service. These roles strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills while reinforcing the importance of providing exceptional service in every interaction.
I enjoy collaborating with others, finding practical solutions to challenges, and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment. Known for my adaptability, organization, and strong work ethic, I take pride in helping teams operate efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for those I serve.
