About Sali Burton ( BCBA, LBA, MA)
I am a well-traveled and trilingual behavior analyst with experience living in multiple countries and working across various industries. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree in Education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis.
With over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I have worked with three different ABA companies. However, recognizing a larger vision for the field, I decided to establish my own ABA practice. My true passion lies in assisting individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The primary objective of my practice is to increase accessibility to ABA therapy and create a meaningful impact within the community, particularly among those who lack access to modern therapeutic resources.
One of the fundamental values of my organization is to foster a positive and secure environment for both clients and team members. I believe in providing equal opportunities for growth, allowing individuals to express their true selves and pursue their passions.

While I maintain a youthful spirit, I am dedicated to devising engaging and enjoyable activities to ensure the happiness and active participation of the children I work with. By working within their natural environments, I seize every opportunity to teach them something new, enhancing their confidence, independence, and overall well-being. By identifying their strengths and interests, I build upon those foundations.
Within my company, I assume responsibility for planning recruitment cycles, onboarding new hires, supervisors, and interns. Additionally, I provide training, coaching, and support to families, caregivers, and teachers. I collaborate with other professionals involved in a client's life, conduct assessments and interviews, and design and implement interventions. Furthermore, I offer mentorship programs for staff members interested in pursuing their BCBA certification.
While I aspire to elevate my business step by step, I possess numerous dreams, including collaborations with art therapy and animal therapy, as well as organizing community events. The possibilities are endless, and I am committed to advancing my practice to achieve these goals.
